How does GlowX work?
Take or upload a selfie. GlowX's AI analyzes your facial features, skin, hair and natural coloring, then gives you a personalized breakdown with makeup, hairstyle, skincare and color recommendations — plus a 28-day plan to follow.
Is GlowX free?
GlowX is free to download. Your full analysis and personalized plan require a GlowX subscription, which you can start in the app. The price and billing period are always shown before you subscribe.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used to create your analysis and recommendations. They're sent over encrypted connections, never sold, never used for facial recognition, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
Is this medical or dermatological advice?
No. GlowX offers beauty and style suggestions only. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. For skin concerns or anything health-related, please talk to a qualified professional.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email support@glowx.app with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and the email you purchased with. If you paid with PayPal, include your subscription ID. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can also cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. Full instructions are on our cancel subscription page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you subscribed on our website (card or PayPal), we'll refund any payment from the last 14 days, no questions asked. Just email support@glowx.app. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Which devices does GlowX work on?
GlowX is available for iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.1 or later) on the App Store, and for Android phones on Google Play.
